Information you give us

The only information this website asks for is what you choose to enter into our contact form: your name, your dog's name, your email address and/or phone number, the service you're interested in, and your message. We use it for one purpose — to reply to your enquiry and arrange your dog's care.

We do not sell, rent or trade this information. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties except the email provider that delivers the message to our front desk.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps — for security and reliability. This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own.

Embedded content

Some pages embed a Google Maps frame so you can find us. Google may collect data about your interaction with that map under its own privacy policy, exactly as if you had visited Google Maps directly. Links to our Facebook and Instagram profiles take you to those platforms, which have their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

Contact form enquiries are kept in our email system for as long as we need them to serve you and maintain our business records. Server logs are retained on a rolling short-term basis by our host.
