Miranda is the heart and soul of the Tail Wagon team—though she doesn’t see it as “work” because she’s having way too much fun! Always up for any challenge, Miranda turns every task into a good time and keeps the energy high. If you’ve ever seen the Tail Wagon on the move, you’ve likely spotted her behind the wheel as our designated driver. Her skills navigating us in and out of tight spots never fail to impress! But what she loves most is chatting with you about the most important topic—your dog! Spoiling pups is her passion, and she’s made it her mission to treat every furry friend like royalty. Miranda’s loyalty is unmatched, and she’s the best friend anyone could ask for. Speaking of friends, she’s also a proud fur mama to a sassy pit bull and a lively chocolate lab. On top of that, she’s raising a human child who’s just as spoiled as her pups! We’re so lucky to have Miranda on the team, and we know you’ll love her as much as we do!

Natalie may be the “puppy” of the pack, but don’t let her youth fool you—she’s wise beyond her years and has a work ethic that’s simply unmatched. As a dedicated member of Team Tail Wagon since day one, Natalie is laser-focused on helping this venture reach its full potential. She’s a goal-setter and a goal-crusher, always striving to take things to the next level. We’re pretty sure she could whip up our famous treats with her eyes closed! At home, Natalie’s heart (and bed!) is ruled by her two beloved pups: Daisy, her sweet and perfect pit bull, and Moose, her mischievous Aussiedoodle, affectionately known as the “leader of the bad dogs club.” (Just kidding—Moose is really a pro-level cuddler!) You might also recognize Natalie from the front desk at Howliday Inn Pet Resort, where her kind and quiet demeanor shines. While she’s the most soft-spoken member of our team, her sweetness and determination speak volumes. We’re so lucky to have Natalie on board—give her a big “heyyy” the next time you see her!

Many of you already know Summer as a well-loved figure in the doggy world. She’s the owner of Howliday Inn Pet Resort and helped start up and a part of  K9s for Camo program for a while and recently stepped away. But did you know she’s also the mastermind and creative genius behind Tail Wagon? After over a decade of running Howliday Inn, Summer decided it was time to bring a fresh, exciting idea to life. Once she envisioned the Tail Wagon, she couldn’t rest until it became a reality. Summer throws out big, bold ideas while Natalie and Miranda jump in to bring them to life. Together, they make magic happen! Her passion isn’t just for dogs—it’s for people, too. Summer has a special knack for making every pup (and their owner!) feel loved and cared for. While she adores dogs of all sizes, she has a soft spot for the big ones. At home, she’s the proud fur mom of two English Mastiffs, Mama and Pops, and a Belgian Malinois named Demo. These three are more than just pets—they’re the official Tail Wagon treat taste testers, ensuring every snack meets their high standards! On top of being an incredible dog mom, Summer is also a supermom to four boys—and five, if you count her husband, Brandon! We’re so grateful for Summer’s vision and leadership.
